A false report of the Minister of Interior, “Khaled Mazen”, regarding the suspension of “Faraj Ak’im” has spread widely on social media platforms,

The news was reported on some newspapers and news channels as well; For its part, the Ministry of Interior of the Government of National Unity denied, through its official and documented Facebook page, the validity of this decision.

It was the beginning of the launch of the fake news from the Sa’aa 24 page, which is managed from Egypt and Tunisia, to spread after that on a larger scale in and through other pages such as:

LAAM NETWORK, WASAAT TV, NABD NEWSPAPER, AKHBAR LIBYA ALYOUM AND ABUNCH OF OTHER PAGEGS

Among the pages that had published the decision,Libya Al-Ahrar TV, before it retracted and deleted the news, apologized to the viewers and confirmed that it had transmitted the news after verifying its authenticity by the Undersecretary of the Ministry.

This news comes after suspensions issued by the Attorney General in a number of officials, most notably the Minister of Education in the Government of National Unity and the Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, and a number of other officials.
